Shadow — nobody authors it. The world does.
The durable asset
Evals travel. Code is a candidate.
They sit on aidd. That is the island. Challengers copy them forward. They may add fixtures. They may not weaken what arrived.
- Incident → fixture → contract. Then infrastructure.
- Teeth: plant a mutation. If the suite stays green, the suite is theater.
- pass^k: one lucky green is not a pass.
